The engine

From interpretable statistics to agentic AI — one engine, one compliance trail.

Kybernora Analytics turns raw industrial data into decisions you can defend. It is the engine behind high-capability digital twins: application-agnostic, validated across a dozen demanding domains, and built so that best practice is enforced rather than documented after the fact.

Depth of method

A capability ladder, not a black box.

Most tools force a choice between explainable and powerful. This one lets you climb only as high as the problem requires — and stop where you can still justify the answer. The middle rung is the one most platforms do not have.

1

Interpretable multivariate analysis

Classical, transparent statistics: structure, correlation and projection that a domain expert — or an auditor — can follow line by line.

2

Hybrid analysis and modelling

Physics and domain models combined with machine learning, so predictions stay consistent with what is known while learning what is not. Two decades of research sit on this rung.

3

Deep and generative learning

Full-capacity models where the problem genuinely demands them — deployed with the explainability and monitoring the lower rungs make possible.

What sets it apart

Built for the part that usually stops the pilot.

Agentic, human-authoritative

Agents plan, run and explain the analysis end to end. A human can inspect the reasoning, override a step, or take the wheel entirely — autonomy is a setting, not an assumption.

Compliance and best practice enforced

Data lineage, versioning, validation and logging are part of the workflow rather than a later clean-up. The evidence a regulator asks for is produced while the work is done.

Connects to what you already run

Sensors, historians, simulation stacks and control systems — the engine sits alongside existing infrastructure and returns decision support in real time, on-premise where required.

Digital twins that actually decide

The ladder is what moves a twin up the capability levels: from describing an asset, to predicting its behaviour, to prescribing what to do next — with the reasoning attached.

Demonstration case

Cable Analytics: the engine, running live.

Power cables under dynamic loading are a hard test: coupled thermal and mechanical physics, sparse sensing, expensive failures, and an operator who needs an answer now rather than after an overnight simulation. The engine runs the full ladder on it — and shows its work.

Validation

Methods tested long before they reached a product.

The toolkit is not a research prototype dressed as a product, and not a product with a research veneer. Its methods were developed, scrutinised and refined through sustained doctoral and master’s work, published in peer-reviewed venues, and only then hardened for deployment.
